Machines for the production of cotton balls

PM4 Machine
The PM4 machine is an economic but highly performant solution to produce cotton-wool ball. It is fed by four cans of cotton-wool in sliver and can also be directly connected with cards.
The counting of the cotton balls is executed by means of an electronic counter integrated in the PLC. The innovative software enables to automatically set the weight of the cotton balls according to the weight of the cotton sliver used.
The weight of the cotton ball can be easily regulated from 0,4 to 1.5 gr.
The weight of the cotton sliver can be from 2 to 6 gr. per linear meter.
The machine is complete with a system of sensors which check the presence of all the feeding cotton slivers enabling to have always a correct number of  cotton balls per poly-bags even if one or more cotton slivers are missing.
The only manual operations required to the worker are the positioning of the poly-bags at the mouth of the machine and waiting for the falling of the pre-counted cotton-wool balls inside the poly-bags.
The maximum production speed is 1000 cotton balls per minute.

PN10 Machine
The high production machine PN10 is suitable to produce cotton-wool balls being fed by ten cans of cotton wool in sliver.
Due to the number of cans used for feeding, the PN10 machine is complete with a suitable unwinding unit which collects the material from cans and constantly feeds the machine at the correct speed.
The semiautomatic packing system with two exits allows to have high production with only two operators.
This machine has the same functionalities and software of the smaller PM4.
The only manual operation required to the worker is the positioning of the poly-bags at the mouth of the machines.
The maximum production speed is 2500 cotton balls per minute.

Automatic packing machines for cotton balls.

SPCB Machine
This fully automatic packing machine can be interfaced with PM4 or PN10 machines and it is suitable to pack cotton balls in pre-made poly-bags.
It can pack from 40 to 100 balls per bag. With suitable extra tools, it is possible to pack also 200 balls per bag and more.
The maximum production speed is 18 bags per minute.

APCB Machine
This high production packing machine is normally interfaced to our PN10 machine. Same as SPCB machine, it is suitable to pack cotton balls in pre-made poly-bags.
It can pack from 40 to 100 balls per bag. With suitable extra tools, it is possible to pack also 200 balls per bag and more.
The maximum production speed is 30 bags per minute.

Flow-pack Machine
Our cotton balls machine can be easily interfaced with vertical flow-pack machines.
It is also possible to connect our machines with multi-head weighing device to have granted the weight of the package instead of the control of the balls number.
